These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of GMT Optimizer ("the tool", "we", "us"), a free calculator and projection tool for GoMining users at gmt-optimizer.com. By using the tool, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the tool.
What GMT Optimizer is
GMT Optimizer is a free, informational tool that estimates GoMining mining rewards, profit and loss, and multi-year projections based on inputs you provide and live third-party market data. It is provided as a convenience for planning purposes only.
Not financial advice
All figures, projections, and results produced by GMT Optimizer are estimates for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Cryptocurrency and Bitcoin mining are volatile and carry real risk of loss. Projections depend on assumptions (such as future Bitcoin price and network difficulty) that will not match reality. Past or projected performance is not a guarantee of future results. Always do your own research and consider seeking advice from a qualified professional before making any financial decision.
Accuracy of data
The tool relies on live data from third-party sources that may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and on calculation models that are simplifications of reality. We do not warrant that any figure is accurate, complete, or current.
Affiliate and referral disclosure
GMT Optimizer includes a GoMining referral/promo code ("RINGO5"). If you sign up using this code, we may receive a referral benefit from GoMining, and you may receive a sign-up bonus. Any additional new-user offer we make (such as funding your first TH and helping set up your account) is discretionary, subject to availability, and offered at our sole discretion. We may require proof of a genuine sign-up made with our code, may limit the offer to one per person, and may change or withdraw it at any time.

GMT Optimizer is an independent community tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to GoMining. All product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
No warranty
The tool is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or cryptocurrency, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the tool, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the tool, including by attempting to disrupt it, abuse our offers through fraudulent or duplicate claims, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the tool after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
